At Uployment.in, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our users. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which users may be eligible for a refund or service adjustment in compliance with international and regional laws, including:

  1. General Policy
  • No Physical Product Returns: Since Uployment.in provides digital consultancy (job listings, training programs, employer subscriptions), traditional return policies do not apply.
  • Refunds are subject to eligibility criteria based on the type of service purchased.
  • Time-bound refund requests must be submitted within the specified period for different consultancy.
  • No refunds for non-usage of consultancy after the purchase.
  • Legal rights under consumer laws remain unaffected.
  1. Refund Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Job Seeker Subscriptions & Paid Consultancy

Eligible for Refund:

  • If a user purchases a premium job-seeking service and does not receive access within 48 hours.
  • If the service is not as described and a complaint is raised within 7 days.
  • If technical issues prevent access to paid consultancy and remain unresolved for more than 10 days.

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after purchasing a service.
  • Inactivity or failure to use purchased consultancy.
  • If the job seeker finds employment through other means.

2.2 Employer Job Posting & Subscription Plans

Eligible for Refund:

  • If the job posting is not published within the agreed timeframe.
  • If the employer cancels a subscription within 24 hours of purchase and has not used any benefits.
  • If an employer paid for a featured job listing but did not receive premium visibility as advertised.

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund:

  • If the employer receives applicants but is unsatisfied with the candidates.
  • If the subscription period has already been used in part or full.

2.3 Training Programs & Online Courses

Eligible for Refund:

  • If a course is not accessible within 48 hours of purchase.
  • If the content significantly deviates from the advertised description.
  • If the trainer cancels the course before its start date.

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund:

  • If the user has already accessed 25% or more of the course content.
  • If the user fails to attend scheduled training sessions.
  • If the user completes the course and later demands a refund.
  1. Refund Process

3.1 Request Submission

  • Refund requests must be made via info@uployment.net with proof of payment and reason for the refund.
  • A response will be provided within 5 business days of submission.

3.2 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7-14 business days in your registered bank account.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

3.3 Partial Refunds

  • If a service is partially used, only a prorated refund will be issued, if applicable.
  1. Chargebacks & Disputes
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension or legal action.
  • Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback.
