Job Summary
The role of Field Sales Officer is a key position with FORCE009 Security & Facilitation Network LLP. The position will be specifically responsible for business development and growth of the Security Services and Facilities Management revenues in the state of Rajasthan.
Job Summary:
Identify the appropriate services to End Users (Like Security, Placement, Facilitation, CCTV etc)
Identify the End Users of Our Services
Marketing of Our services to End Users
Procurement of appropriate business from End Users
Increase the strength of FORCE009

Responsibilities and Duties
As Field Sales Officer your main responsibilities will involve:
- Achieve sales targets
- Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.
- Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained.
- Contribute to growing market share.
- Build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sell a range of services that include Security Solutions and Facilities Management.
- Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th.
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience is essential
- Relevant industry experience in Security or Facilities Management
- Proven sales track record.
- Great presentation skills.
- Self-driven.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
- Manage the relationship with key customers to deliver ongoing growth of connections
Benefits
Monthly remuneration in the range of 15-25 K apart from regular benefits of Performance linked Incentive & Bonus. A performer may expect 25+ per month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
